Void7 is a media collective that consists of seven people founded at the BA/MA program interaction design, between 1998 and 2002 at Utrecht school of Arts, faculty of Art, Media and Technology
Void7 is trying to meet the boundaries between people and media, and works in a symbiosis between art, programming and design. This results in: performances, installations, software, media tools, and industrial design. Void7 is a media lab where members and other people individually or together are working on projects. Void7 involves and works together with a variety of disciplines such as, architects, electronic specialists, designers, animators, programmers, and performing arts. Void7 has worked together with the following people and institution, Krisztina de Châtel, Lazy Mary, Sonic Acts, De Waag / maatschappij voor oude en nieuwe media, Monte Video, PinC, IFFR, Stedelijk Museum, V2.
